This was a shock to me as I had always had excellent cholesterol levels. One of my dietary requirements was to improve my cholesterol levels. I think I have been eating your food for close to a year now. I just had my cholesterol checked again by my primary care physician. She told me that my "bad" cholesterol had dropped by over 30 points, while maintaining my good cholesterol at the same level as last year. She said it was nothing short of miraculous to be able to accomplish that with diet alone. I do have heart disease in my family history, so having a healthy cholesterol level is essential for me.
