Italian Menu

Antipasto station:
-genoa salami, cappicola, asiago and provolone cheese display
hot cherry papers, roasted
tri papers, variety of imported olives  
-fresh basil tomato and buffalo mozzarella
-brochette, crostini toped with shrimp artichoke salad
-tomato toasts with 2 toppings (ham and capers, prosciutto and provolone   
-mini cheese and ham pastries     



Salad station:
-caesar salad,
-mozzarella tomato and basil salad drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette
-arugala and endive salad with fresh Parmesan and balsamic vinaigrette and shaved anise bulb.
-radicio and water crest salad with olive oil and lemon.


Pasta Station:
-penne with meat marinara sauce
-chicken bolog
nese with pasta rice pilaf or orzo
-chicken marsalla served with  herbed orzo
-chicken milanese and a choice of pasta
-tuscany chicken and a choice of pasta
-zitti with sauted chicken breast, artichoke plum tomato with lemon butter sauce.
-shrimp scampi with farfel
-eggplant parmigiana
-cheese ravioli with portablello and cream sauce.
-chicken piccata with rigatoni
-meat lasagna
-spinach and mushroom lasagna
-rigatoni served with meet balls and bolognese sauce.


Desserts station:
cannoli, tiramisu, cheese cake, biscotti, sesame cookies
fresh fruit platter, coffee and tea
